3. It is normal to receive calls from your creditors after making your first payment. Refer them to Budget Counselors Customer Service number: (219)756-6738. Budget Counselors will confirm that you are enrolled in the program.

4. If at all possible, we encourage you to pay your creditors during the 30-day negotiation period.
